As part of the government's commitment to greater transparency, there is a requirement to publish online, central government expenditure over £25,000.  This requirement applies to NHS bodies.

Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust is required to publish all expenditure over £25,000.

During the year ended 31st March 2020 the Trust did not incur any interest charges as a result of late payment of commercial debts. The Trust has calculated the effective interest rate that it may have been charged for this period, applying the Government guidance on interest rates. This has resulted in a notional interest charge of £431,167.

During the three months ended 30th June 2020 the Trust did not incur any interest charges as a result of late payment of commercial debts. The Trust has calculated the effective interest rate that it may have been charged for this period, applying the Government guidance on interest rates. This has resulted in a notional interest charge of £94,578.

During the three months ended 30th September 2020 the Trust did not incur any interest charges as a result of late payment of commercial debts. The Trust has calculated the effective interest rate that it may have been charged for this period, applying the Government guidance on interest rates. This has resulted in a notional interest charge of £54,252.

During the three months ended 31st December 2020 the Trust did not incur any interest charges as a result of late payment of commercial debts. The Trust has calculated the effective interest rate that it may have been charged for this period, applying the Government guidance on interest rates. This has resulted in a notional interest charge of £61,111.
