Our equality staff networks offer staff groups a safe space to come together to create connections, from a place of shared purpose and interest. Our current staff networks include:
- Race Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Staff Network
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexuals, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Agender + (LGBTQIA+) Staff Network
- Disability & Long-Term Network
- Armed Forces Community Network
Each network has an executive sponsor and though new, is designed to be an important voice in decision-making across Alder Hey. The networks are all open to and encourage new members.
