Checking in for your outpatient appointment via your mobile is changing

From Wednesday 14th September, please download the latest app for free: Intouch Appointment Manager 2

The app that you need to download will look like the below image in your applicable app store. You'll also find details of how to download the app, depending on your device, below.

How to install the App on an iPhone (IOS)

Tap the App Store icon

  1. Type the name of the app into the search field: INTOUCH APPOINEMENT MANAGER 2
  2. Tap the Get button
  3. Tap the Install button

How to Install the App on an Android phone

Open the Google Play Store

  1. Type in the name of the app into the search field: INTOUCH APPOINTMENT MANAGER 2
  2. Tap on the icon of the application
  3. Tap the Install button
  4. Tap Accept 

Checking in

Step 1 – Open the INTOUCH APPOINTMENT MANAGER 2 app, confirm your location and choose the hospital site where your appointment will take place

Step 2 – Select I have an appointment and follow the onscreen instructions

Once you have checked-in via the App, for the rest of your visit, all callings and notifications will come through via the mobile phone and calling screens. To ensure you don’t miss any notifications, please set your phone to vibrate/loud.
