Did you know?

Breastfeeding is much more than just a way of feeding.  As well as providing nutrition it facilitates bonding and helps your baby and you develop a strong protective relationship

Breast milk is more than just milk.  Giving your breast milk nourishes your baby whilst providing protection from many illnesses including gastroenteritis, ear infections, viral wheeze.  The list is endless!

Did you know your breast milk contains amazing components which reduce the chance of your baby being admitted to hospital with some of the most common childhood illnesses? 

Your breast milk has super powers and you are a super mum for providing it for your baby no matter how small it may seem!  

Every drop counts!  

Skin to skin is a wonderful way for mum/partner and baby to build close and loving relationships that last a lifetime. Enjoy this as much as you can!
