‘Research Clinics at Alder Hey’ has been conceived as a meeting point for all staff with an interest in research, including consultants, trainees and all allied health professionals. The overarching aim of idea is to create an environment that nurtures clinical research at Alder Hey by way of bringing together members of the staff to present their research, share their experience and discuss the challenges involved. 

Programme Team

Dr Shivaram Avula (Consultant Radiologist and Honorary Associate Professor) leads the programme in collaboration with Professor Jo Blair and Clinical Director for Research (Dr Harriet Corbett) with support from our Associate Divisional Research Directors (Dr Rebecca Thursfield and Dr Nadia Ranceva).
