‘Research Clinics at Alder Hey’ has been conceived as a meeting point for all staff with an interest in research, including consultants, trainees and all allied health professionals. The overarching aim of idea is to create an environment that nurtures clinical research at Alder Hey by way of bringing together members of the staff to present their research, share their experience and discuss the challenges involved.
Dr Shivaram Avula (Consultant Radiologist and Honorary Associate Professor) leads the programme in collaboration with Professor Jo Blair (Consultant Endocrinologist & Acting Director of Research) with the support of our Associate Divisional Research Directors (Dr Rebecca Thursfield, Dr Harriet Corbett and Dr Nadia Ranceva).
