Need urgent mental health support?
We provide phone support for people experiencing a mental health crisis. Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
You can also access NHS 111 online via 111.nhs.uk or the freephone numbers below. Anyone can call on your behalf if you can’t make the call yourself.
You can still contact our CAMHS Crisis Care team on 0808 196 3550 or 0151 293 3577 if you prefer this option. The team is available 24/7 to children and young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
